All my assumptions and all the things I've heard about fasting have turned out to be wrong.
It's easier than I thought it would be.
I don't gorge afterward and "gain it all back."
My metabolism is not slowed afterward. I don't become obsessed with food.
I haven't become a binge eater.
don't know where these rumors or hearsay come from, but none of it has
turned out to be true in my experience or for anyone I know who fasts.
